Tabletop Electric Vegetable Slicer CL100

The CL100 is a powerful tabletop vegetable slicer made for busy professional kitchens. It is strong, easy to use, and gives even, accurate results every time.

With a wide range of stainless steel discs, the CL100 can grate, slice, and cut fruits and vegetables for many menu needs. It can process up to 300 kg per hour (about 400 servings per service), making it ideal for restaurants, hotels, catering, and large kitchens.

All food-contact parts — including the cutting chamber, hopper, pusher, and pusher handle — can be removed without tools and are dishwasher-safe for fast, clean washing and less downtime.

The CL100 has a comfortable stainless steel pusher handle for both left- and right-handed users. The machine starts automatically when the handle is pressed. A magnetic safety system helps protect users during operation.

Optional 225 mm stainless steel discs are also available for more cutting options, making the CL100 a reliable choice for high-volume kitchens.
