We use a network of trusted carriers to deliver your orders directly from the supplier’s warehouse closest to your location. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we may use standard couriers for smaller items or specialised freight companies for larger, bulky equipment.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Rates will be provided in your quote

  • Small and Carry Items: Standard delivery rates.
  • Heavy and Bulky Items: Kerbside delivery, with the option to have items wheeled in if there are no steps.
  • Specialised Delivery: If your delivery location has steps or other access obstacles, a specialised delivery can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your location and the nature of your order:

  • Sydney Metro: 1 – 3 business days
  • Melbourne Metro: 1 – 3 business days
  • Brisbane Metro: 1 – 3 business days
  • Adelaide Metro: 2 – 4 business days
  • Perth Metro: 3 – 7 business days
  • All Other Areas: 5 – 10 business days

Order Processing Time
