Prices advertised on-line Do Not include delivery fees unless otherwise stated that delivery is free.
For this reason goods are supplied by delivery only. Delivery fees will be listed in your quote. - Trade Accounts / Company Purchase Orders:
*We strictly DO NOT Accept any Trading Accounts or Credit Accounts,
This practice protects all our clients in being able to access the same prices for all.
Company Purchase Orders will Not secure or release equipment for delivery prior to payment.
*Equipment will Not be dispatched until all monies are paid & cleared in full. - Quotations:
All Quotes are a Obligation Free Service and Valid for a period of 30 days or until stocks last, from the date of issue by the company, unless otherwise agreed by ‘All Food Equipment' management.
Pricing details, delivery estimates, and other financial information offered is current at time of display only. Prices are subject to change without notice (some photos are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the item). - Acceptance of Sale:
By placing an official sales order for a purchase with ‘All Food Equipment' implies that you as the purchaser agree to all our terms and conditions of sale as listed. Please contact us direct if you have any further enquires before ordering any goods. - Stock Availability:
Some items may not be in stock at the time of placing order. One of our sales consultants will contact the purchaser within 24 hours to confirm delivery time and stock availability. Waiting times for goods can vary from 1-2 days for stocked items and approx 6-18 weeks for special orders in some cases. - Methods of Payment:

- Electronic Bank Fund Transfers (EFT)
- Direct Deposits at a ANZ branch
- Visa credit cards

- Cheques (Business & Personal)
- SilverChef Rent-Try-Buy (Rental Contracts) - Equipment Deliveries:
All equipment deliveries are made to the Kerbside or Loading Dock of clients Address and the purchaser acknowledges that if required it is their responsibility to provide labour and equipment to unload and position the goods on site at the purchasers expense.
Purchase price does not include any on-site Unpacking, placement or positioning of equipment or connection to services or removal of rubbish and packaging etc. - Delivery Terms:
The customer, is to organise & pay any electrical and plumbing connections and the cost of any necessary alterations to their premises. All Food Equipment is to complete the delivery on or about the date agreed upon in the contract, but this obligation is subject to the clients premises being ready to receive the installation and to all delays directly arising from transport, shipping, non-availability of ordered equipment, strikes, lockouts, accidents, fires, wars, acts of God, non-delivery of material or parts by suppliers or any other cause or reason whatsoever beyond our control or 3rd parties. No such delay shall excuse or justify clients refusal to accept delivery of the equipment. - On Delivery:
PLEASE INSPECT GOODS ON DELIVERY.
Check all items before signing for them. Please sign as "Received Damaged" if the goods are obviously damaged in transit. If Equipment is damaged please indicate and write this on the couriers delivery documents prior to signing for product(s) and contact our office immediately on Ph: 1300 400 555 to report. All Food Equipment are not common carriers. - Special Imported Item Orders:
Imported products require a 100% payment to place an official order with ‘All Food Equipment’ for special orders for goods that are not in stock and must be imported. This is inclusive of any freight charge that is to be incurred as well. - Terms of Delivery:
All deliveries organised by ‘All Food Equipment’ on behalf of the customer are to kerb side or street level only, unless previously arranged with All Food Equipment. If ‘All Food Equipment’ is not previously told of any stairs or other access issues preventing a smooth delivery, the transportation carrier has right to refuse delivery upon arrival, as they will not be sufficiently equipped to deliver on site. This is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly notify ‘All Food Equipment’ with all delivery access and information prior to. If this is the case and further charges occur, the customer will be liable to pay All extra charges as they have misinformed ‘All Food Equipment’ prior to the delivery occurrence, Including any Extra costs from unforseen tight & restricted access area's where extra equipment or labour is required to complete the delivery. - Delivery Dates:
Delivery dates as supplied on invoices are approximate only. We guarantee to do the best to book deliver goods on time to all our clients however we are not responsible for any delays that arise from any 3rd parties (e.g. couriers, factories etc). ‘All Food Equipment’ cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as it is subject to any transportation issues that can arise prior to delivery. ‘All Food Equipment’ will do their best to guarantee that the goods are delivered on or close to the date arranged with the customer. ‘All Food Equipment’ is not responsible for any delays or costs that may occur. - Mistakes:
While all efforts are made to check pricing and other details, inadvertent errors do occur from time to time and All Food Equipment reserves the right to decline orders arising from such errors. Whilst every possible care is taken, the pictures on this web site are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the selected item or size. In some cases it is meant as a guide only. - Disclaimer:
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information contained on this site is true and accurate, we cannot give any warranty to that effect. The products from 'All Food Equipment' are backed by genuine manufacturer or importers service warranties. Details will be included with your product. If your product is faulty within the warranty period please contact the manufacturer's customer care line as provided with your product instructions.
”All Food Equipment” will pass on to the purchaser all applicable warranties given by the manufacturer or importer in relation to a particular item. “All Food Equipment's” liability to purchasers will be limited to the applicable warranty terms as set out by the manufacturer's. These terms are listed for each individual item on the website.
Not all warranties are on-site. Smaller items are back-to-base repair warranty with the purchaser to pay for any freight charges. Please read carefully when purchasing items. Warranty DOES NOT COVER ANY PERISHABLE PRODUCTS or any lost due to the fault of any item sold by All Food Equipment. If an item is out of warranty then the customer is liable to pay all further charges incurred after the date of expiration.
Warranty can be voided if customers tamper, alter or have another 3rd party repair any faults that may occur during the period of warranty without prior written approval from the manufacturer.. If this is the case, the customer will be fully responsible for the item once the warranty is voided. - Damaged Goods:
Please Inspect goods on delivery, If they are wrong or are damaged please write this on the delivery documents prior to signing for delivery and contact our office immediately.
If an item is received and is damaged or faulty in any way, you should immediately notify ‘All Food Equipment’ by phone, fax or email listing your contact name, address, phone and fax numbers our invoice number and details of the fault and what is wrong with the item. The manufacturers need to be contacted immediately in order to rectify any faults and all products include warranty cards and phone details. Any delivery dockets or consignment notes must be kept and also submitted to ‘All Food Equipment’ for claims against transport companies. It may be necessary to forward photographs by form of email, phone or post for any items sent in order to assess damage to goods. - Health and Food Regulations:
Whilst products sold through ‘All Food Equipment’ meet health regulations, it is suggested that all customers are advised that it is their responsibility to establish the conformity of the intended usage of the equipment to health and food regulations by their local council in their state. - Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions;
a) That the cancellation is received before any goods that are specially ordered begin manufacture. If not, the purchaser will be responsible to take delivery for the goods and pay in full. If the purchaser should refuse to accept these goods, any deposits or monies paid will be forfeited by the purchaser, as there is no return on custom made goods.
b) Cancellation cannot occur on the day that goods are sent or already collected by the carrier. This will not be accepted as sufficient cancellation notice and the purchaser will be liable to take the goods. A cancellation fee will apply being a minimum of -20% to -40% of the purchase price for any goods incorrectly ordered with the additional transport costs incurred. Client will be issued a credit note of the balance of monies payed. - Return of Goods:
Goods being returned for credit must be arranged with ‘All Food Equipment’ and is at the expense of the customer to return to the nominated return address as instructed by ‘All Food Equipment’. All goods returned due to change of mind will not be refunded and a credit note will be issued at our discretion. All returned goods are subject to a -20% to -40% restocking fee on purchase price depending on manufacturer, and will only be accepted if returned in original condition unused with packaging, warranty cards and instruction manuals. If the returned item has been used in any way it will not be accepted by “All Food Equipment” and no credit will be issued. Any goods to be returned must be arranged with ‘All Food Equipment’ in advance and only then at our digression can items be returned to store for credit. Please note that there are No Refunds.
Strictly No Refunds for Special Equipment Orders - General:
Due to continual improvement to products and equipment sold on this website, the suppling manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications, sizes, colours etc without prior warning. - Commissioning and Instructions on Use:
All appliances and products come with instructions and it is essential that purchasers are familiar with these details. Some appliance operations are simple; others require a more detailed explanation, especially if purchaser has not used the appliance type before. The customer is to pay for all electrical and plumbing connections or modifications and the cost of any necessary alterations to their premises. - Care and Maintance:
Essential to all products, purchasers should put a periodical service Maintance program in place to assist in maintaining the overall performance of the appliances. - Disclaimer:
