Commercial Pasta machines are commercial quality and enable the user to mix and make their own fresh pasta. Pasta machines are designed to accommodate additives to the dough such as tomatoes to enable restaurants to create their own unique pasta recipes and flavours. All components in contact with the dough are stainless steel, and are easily removed to allow thorough cleaning. A wide selection of draw plates are available so virtually any type of pasta can be made easily - including fettuccine, spaghetti, pappardelle and fusilli just to name a few.
